What Trade Terms We Use
We support all major Incoterms to fit your project needs:
- EXW – Pickup at our factory
- FOB – Freight arranged from Chinese ports
- CIF – Freight + insurance to your destination port
- DAP/DDP – Door-to-door delivery, duties/taxes handled by us
Usually, we use FOB incoterms for quotation, if you want to use other incoterms, please do tell us first, then we will quote you accordingly.

Our Shipping Process
From our factory floor to your front desk, every order follows a clear, accountable process:

Packing & Quality Check
When production finish, we will do final quality check, then pack and label the goods as per your requirements, and send photos and videos for you to approve.

Shipping Confirmation
When goods are ready to ship, our team will confirm the shipping requirements with you again, including address, labeling, timeline, etc..

Booking & Documents
After you confirmed the shipping details, we will contact shipping forwarder for booking and prepare the documents, like booking, CI, PL, C/O, etc…

Export & Transit
After shipping forwarder picks up the goods and shipment arranged, we will provide you the tracking number or B/L copy and estimated arrival time, and update status timely.

Customs Clearance
No matter what incoterms we use, our team support the customs clearance with our best to make the process smooth and simple for you, guarantee the goods arrive on time.

Final Delivery
When goods arrive, we will notify you, and you may need to arrange inspection and pick up at your airport or sea port if you use sea or air freight, or just wait at your desk if by air express.
