What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500–1000 pcs per item, depending on the product type and customization requirements. For new clients or small projects, we can provide flexible solutions.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide fabric or small product samples for quality verification. Sample production usually takes 5–7 days, with shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production time is 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. For urgent or repeat orders, we can prioritize manufacturing and ship faster.
Do you offer customization?
Absolutely. We support OEM & ODM customization, including fabric selection, custom size, logo embroidery, custom color, and packaging design.
What certifications do your products have?

How do you handle quality control and inspection?
Each order goes through multi-point inspection: raw materials, in-process QC, and final product testing. We will send Clients the inspection photos, videos and reports before shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight. For long-term partners, we offer flexible arrangements.
What are your shipping options?
We support Sea, Air, and Express delivery under EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP trade terms. Our logistics team provides full documentation and real-time tracking.
